Weird and wonderful exhibits and attractions lie in wait at Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Orlando. Come in and have a look at some of the strangest interactive museum exhibits around. Designed to look like a Florida Sinkhole is swallowing the museum; Ripley’s creates intrigue, drawing in vacationers and holidaymakers from around the globe. Ripley’s is still so popular with the tourist trade and thriving. For example, more than 12 million people attend the museum annually! Featuring shrunken heads and rare skeletal bones as well as opportunities to make your own wax hands. Totally bizarre and exciting, you must visit. Set over 16 different galleries, all of which feature unique and wonderful exhibits and activities to engage in.
What’s inside Ripley’s Believe It Or Not!

Firstly, the Odditorium is huge inside Ripley’s and consists of 16 unique and diverse galleries, each one displaying and featuring oddities. Tours around the museum are here if required, but most visitors prefer to browse at their own pace. Laugh, gasp and enjoy the weird and wonderful world of Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Orlando. With such huge attractions inside the museum it could take a large portion of the day to explore and see everything.
For example, having authenticated dinosaur eggs and the statue of Buddha made from money are just two of the weird and wonderful. There is a whole 10 ft piece of the actual Berlin Wall to see. Also, don’t miss the tyre piece constructed gorilla or the dog made from clothing pins. The micro sculptures made from rice, sand and dust are excellent too. One being from the head of a pin and another the eye of a needle.

Stop by for a peek at the Asmat Cannibal Skulls whilst you explore, they are very rare and beautiful. Hear the the unbelievable story of Mike, the Headless Chicken! amazingly, Mike survived for a staggering 18 months without his head! Look around and find the Balloon-Powered Chair, story has it that the chair flew right over the Rocky Mountain range.
These hard to believe and sometimes unexplainable exhibits are so worth seeing with your own eyes. Also, check out the painting of Michael Jackson, no ordinary painting; but one made entirely from candy. There are optical illusions scattered throughout Ripley’s and puzzles and games to interact with too. Also, the musical hallway is just amazing! The floor is the keyboard and as you walk and music and lights play as you tread the pathway through.

The last place that you can stop before exiting the museum is Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Gift Shop, which is also filled with weird and wonderful treats to take home. There are souvenir toys and memorabilia, exciting sweet concoctions, waxed artifacts and many more fabulous items. You could easily spend some time in the shop as they are always fully stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful too.
Also, you may see something that you had earlier missed in the museum and venture back inside. The gift shop prices are reasonable and fair; they reflect the value of the bizarre attractions and exhibits that you explored. As expected, there is all of the usual trinkets and souvenirs to purchase, including: postcards of the exhibits, replica paintings, keyrings and stationary as well as, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! books too.
