Living Space and Special Features
With a superb open plan living design, East View flows perfectly with the colour schemes and decor. In fact, the whole place is decorated and furnished to a very high standard of excellence. For example, the living room is a prime example of how colour schemes make a room. As well as, seating seven people, the gorgeous and comfortable blue sofas are a fabulous choice. Also, in the living room and mounted on the wall, is a 47″ flat screen TV with accompanying DVD player. Perfect for family time and lounging! The patio doors that lead out to the pool, is another quality feature. A second family room, that is equally as elegant and well decorated can be found at the front of East View vacation home as you enter.
Handling meal preparation and cooking, should not be a problem; the kitchen is huge and holds the full range of culinary equipment. Located off the kitchen, the dining room is a good size too. The family can eat together at the stylish dining table that seats six. One of the best rooms for the kids is the games room. With plenty to here, the children will not be complaining, but entertained for hours. The centre of the room sees some iconic games features. For example: Pool table and Foosball, as well as, Air hockey table too. On the wall is a dart board that is electronic and the whole room is carpeted throughout. Make the most of family engagement in this room, as the kids certainly will. Also, tucked away and through the louvre doors are the washing and drying facilities.
Bedrooms
Containing four large and luxurious bedrooms that are all well equipped, spacious and beautiful decor. Each and every one has a superb relaxing environment, as well as, room to sprawl out after a long day exploring. With a fabulous vaulted ceiling, the master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV and stunning walk in wardrobe for dressing. Not forgetting to mention the en suite bathroom that contains: a shell corner bath, step in shower and toilet. What more could you want. Also, the second bedroom is pretty and serene with queen size bed and en suite bathroom; same as the master. Also, sporting wall mounted TV too.
The children’s bedrooms are gorgeous and definitely have family appeal. Also, both of these rooms have smaller wall mounted flat screen TV’s and share access to a fabulous, well stocked bathroom. Bedroom three is themed on Walt Disney’s Frozen, the movie and has a beautiful mural painted on the feature wall. Twin single beds are tastefully matched with the decor and are extremely comfortable too. Feeling like a Prince or Princess in this room is like a dream come true. Bedroom four is themed on Universal Studios Minions and is just fantastic. Also, with twin single beds and plenty of topic related decorations and toys. What child would not be happy and content in a room like this one?

Pool and Spa
Towards the back of East View vacation home is a generously sized private pool and spa, ready to take a dip. The water is slightly heated and will be a welcome feature after exploring in the Florida sunshine. Total relaxation and tranquility is the vibe from the pool area. Totally safe and secure, the private pool and spa have fitted safety screens to shield form hazards; such as mosquitos and other biting insects. Also, they serve some protection from the suns rays. Poolside, sees rather cosy sun loungers to relax in under the screens. Meals can be taken on the poolside as well. There is a patio suite that seats the family under the canopy of sunshine.
