Living Space and Special Features
Access to the villa is gained to the front entrance by a central walkway. Leading directly into the kitchen. The main living area is spacious and open plan with tasteful decor. Comfortable sofas for relaxing are accompanied by a large flat-screen TV. Seating four to six people is the dining table. French doors lead out onto the quaint and peaceful patio area where seating is provided for two and overlooks the shared pool. Fitted with stunning granite tops and black kitchen appliances matching the decor, the kitchen is a good size. Also, in the dining area is bar style seating for two people. Featuring an electric hob/oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher. The large double sink is fitted with a waste disposal unit. Also, the fridge freezer is kitted out with ice/water dispenser for cool drinks. Laundry facilities are discreetly available in the service closet.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and is very generous with space, as well as, being decorated to a high standard. Also, there’s a flat-screen TV too, for those lazy mornings or evenings in bed. French doors lead onto the patio to access the en-suite bathroom which is modern in design and fitted with black granite tops. Bedroom 2 is a fair sized room which is tastefully decorated and also, has a comfortable king size bed. Also, like bedroom 1, this room also has a wall mounted flat-screen TV.
