Living Spaces and Special Features
Tastefully designed and decorated, the enormous living room is comfortable and modern. Ten people can easily find a seat in here to watch a family movie on the 70″ LED TV. Channels are in abundance with many installed tv packages to use. Also, there is a bluetooth connection to the home theatre sound system, which is brilliant. The open plan flow of the property is homely and flows perfectly throughout The House. Fully stocked and ready to entertain, the kitchen has all that you require for cooking and preparing meals, should you see fit. In the dining area, there are twin dining tables with enough seating for ten, as well as, six on the second. Also, with access to the sliding patio doors that lead outside, let the sunshine and views in whilst dining.
One of the best key features to the property is the home movie theatre. With fully installed air conditioning and leather, reclinable seats; the theatre is comfortable and appealing. Also, the mood lighting effect around the coving and seating is a great idea. The HD, 1080p screen is a whopping 200″and is complimented well by the realistic surround sound system. What’s not to love? Again there is a multitude of tv pages to use and enjoy. For example, 330 plus channels from PrismTV, HBO, Netflix to name but a few. The high-tech AppleTV 4th Gen and blue ray player accompany the entertainment system. The theatre is just awesome!
Two, fully equipped games rooms are also available at the property. They comprise of three latest technology consoles, driving simulator and arcades, as well as, following the Star Wars theme.
Bedrooms
There are three master bedrooms at The House at Reunion and all of which are decorated to a very high standard of comfort and excellence. Also, each bedroom has their own king size bed and luxury en suite bathroom too. No expense has been spared on the splendour or space in the rooms here, they are all remarkable. The fourth bedroom is large and spacious too; also, featuring a beautiful en suite bathroom. Two themed bedrooms are available for the children in the group, which are tastefully decorated and themed. The Princess bedroom is themed with Frozen in mind and has plenty of girly accessories and toys to play with. The Pirate themed bedroom is suitable for either sex and has a unique nautical feel. The bed in the shape of a boat is just terrific. Both the children’s rooms have an en suite bathroom attached as well. The last bedroom has a king size bed and beautiful decor, but no attached bathroom.
Designed for calm and comfort the loft area has a snug, where the family can relax and take in some beautiful views of the golf course. Centre to the room is a self-playing baby grande piano, that makes a marvellous feature.
What’s Outside The House?
Outdoor Features
By far the best use of outdoor space I have ever seen is right here at The House at Reunion vacation home. The decking here is south facing and has several spots to enjoy the panoramic views. With a hot tub that spills over into a huge swimming pool, the elegance doesn’t seem to end. The deck is fully kitted out too. With eight comfortable sun loungers adorning the pool and Bose sound system, not to mention the gas barbecue and grill ready to fire up. The patio table seats ten, both the bar and fire pit seat six each; there is room for everyone to enjoy the outdoor dining and living. On the veranda there are games too. For instance: Foosball, Table Tennis and Basketball to name just a few. The fun here is endless.
Are you wanting to maintain your fitness? The just at the rear of the property and separate from The House is a fully equipped gymnasium to enjoy. Fully laden with weights to train with and a fabulous cross training machine as well as a weights bench rack; time will just melt away as you train in here. The walls are mounted with mirrors and one features a TV and DVD player. Also, a surprise feature in the gymnasium is the large, attached en suite bathroom. Inside there is a fantastic walk in power shower, toilet and wash basin.
