Boasting a living area space over 3,800 square feet means that there is plenty of room for families and friends to spread out and enjoy the comforts of this modern designer vacation home. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans as standard and being able to regulate the temperature is a great feature, as well as, looking classy! The study at The Sunshine House vacation home is quite delightful. Tucked away at the rear of the property and with plenty of natural light and space. Should you have to take your work on holiday with you, then the study area is the perfect place for that. With free Wi-Fi enabling you to browse the net or fire away quick emails. There is ample space for sit at the desk with your laptop. Also, the Wi-Fi printer is available to use and is ideal for printing off theme park tickets when you book online places.
There are two separate games rooms at the property and both are spacious and perfect for a little time out. The Loft games room is very generous with space and has a full size Pool Table in the centre of the room. Also, sporting a wet bar and music system. Overlooking the pool below, the views from the balcony here are spectacular. For those just wishing to chill out and just relax here, the balcony is completely private and features a comfortable sofa.
Fitted with a fantastic fully stocked and State of the art Kitchen. Cooking here will be no problem. Generous amounts of natural lighting flows through the open plan designed vacation home and the kitchen really is the heart of this home. Featured off the kitchen area; the dining room is bright and spacious with the large solid wood and glass layered dining table as the centrepiece. Also, there is enough space for eight people to sit comfortably around the dining table on high class designer chairs.
Bedrooms
There are two master bedrooms at The Sunshine House, one of which is upstairs and the other is downstairs. Both master bedrooms are designed to a very high standard and feature an amazing en-suite bathroom too. Bedroom three features a large Queen size bed that is cozy and inviting. Also, walk in closet provides more than enough space to unpack and spread out. Inside the room there is a DVD player and a cable TV. There is also an en suite bathroom that has a toilet and shower. The fourth bedroom is extremely big and intended as a childrens bedroom. Featuring two very comfortable bunk beds that can easily sleep four children. The top of both bunk beds are single size and the bottom bed is a double size on one and a pull out single on the second.
Pool and Exterior
The rear and exterior of the property sees a beautiful pool and patio area for the family to enjoy. Relax in style whilst the children splash and play in the amazing pool at the rear of the vacation home. The whole family can lounge and sit around the adequately sized pool. 16 feet by 12 feet is generous in size for the pool and the spillover spa is just incredible. You really should spend some time in this area of the property as it is so peaceful and tranquil. Also, out on the patio, there are four very comfortable sun loungers that you are welcome to enjoy, as well as, small tables and chairs to gather outside too.
