Living Space and Special Features
Beautiful open plan design brings together the elegance, comfort and style of an amazing vacation home. For example, the colours and furnishings compliment the beautiful design and flow of the rooms. Being designed to bring families closer is a formula that is working well.
With snug and comfortable seating throughout, Westside Paradise is a heavenly escape. The living area is spacious and snug, featuring a wall mounted Flat Screen TV for family viewing. To the rear of the room is a full size pool table too. Black granite worktops compliment the fully stocked kitchen well. The kitchen is more than adequate for meal preparation and has four stylish bar stools seating the breakfast bar.
Twin dining tables in the dining room mean that everyone has a place to sit and eat as a family or group. Also, being close to the open plan kitchen makes for easy service at mealtimes. Laundry facilities are provided too; tucked away discreetly in the downstairs of the property. The amazing games room is a top feature of Westside Paradise and needs to have it’s own mention. Air hockey table and PS4 Games console, as well as Foosball are the main features of the PacMan themed games room. Also, gaming chairs for the console are brilliant. Entertainment for the children is important for a Florida vacation home and Westside Paradise in Windsor at Westside Resort does not disappoint…The room is fantastic! Plenty of space to play games and let off steam is plain to see. There’s even a basketball hoop to practice shots.
Bedrooms
With eight bedrooms that are all high quality in design and comfort; each one has a flat screen wall mounted TV. Two are located on the first floor and the other six are found on the second floor. Two master bedrooms are both on the first floor; one has a king size bed and the second has a queen. Both have a fabulous en suite bathroom too! On the second floor of the property is a further master bedroom, with a king size bed and all mod cons. The Kids bedroom is themed with Walt Disney’s favourite character in mind; Mickey mouse adds a touch of Disney magic to the property and is a real rental appeal. The four remaining bedrooms are clean and fresh, decorated beautifully with contrasting colours and comfortable beds and furnishings.

To the outside rear of the property a fabulous private pool and spillover spa is yours to use at your leisure. With screening to protect from the insects and sunshine, you can relax and splash away in the pool without burning or being bitten. As well as, the child safety fence, the pool is safe and enjoyable. The luxurious pool is fitted with a spillover spa that is heavenly after a busy day of exploring Florida’s attractions.
Also, at the poolside there is a beautiful patio with tables and stylish chairs to eat and chat with the family. Adorning the poolside are also sun loungers with extremely comfortable cushions. Looking out over the landscaped and well manicured gardens adds to the outdoor feel of the patio.
