What’s in Egypt Region at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay?
Cobra’s Curse Roller Coaster: Don’t miss out on the world famous Cobra’s Curse Roller Coaster here at the Egypt Region. This ride is excitement at it’s finest. Bring the family for a ride on the Cobra’s Curse if you dare. The coaster is totally unique and a thrill seekers dream ride. Taking in speeds of around 40 mph on the descent. Not only travelling forwards, but backwards too. As well as free spinning in the car itself along the way.
There are two separate height restrictions in place on the Cobra’s Curse Roller Coaster. Firstly, you have to be more than 1.2 metres tall to be able to brave the ride alone. Secondly, riders of only one metre in height can still ride. However, they must be accompanied by someone who is 14 years of age.
Montu Roller Coaster: The Montu Roller Coaster situated in the Egypt Region is brilliant. The coaster is phenomenal with seven different inversions included. Built with excitement in mind, the Montu Roller Coaster does not disappoint. Classed as an extreme thrill seeking ride, Montu Coaster definitely lives up to reputation. After the inclined climb to the top be ready. Montu drops whilst twisting.
Then looping round an intense vertical before rendering you weightless. Awesome! Extreme fun at it’s best. Obviously there are height restrictions in place on the Montu Roller Coaster. Having to be almost 1.4 metres to ride this coaster is purely a safety measure. Over the height restriction? Then you have to try it out, the inversions are stomach clenching.
Cheetah Hunt Roller Coaster: Egypt Region hosts the Cheetah Hunt Roller Coaster which is family fun. Being a ride for thrill seekers comes at a price. Hence the reason why, there are height restrictions in place. You have to be more than 1.2 metres tall to ride the Cheetah Hunt. Boasting three launches, the Cheetah Hunt Roller Coaster is an amazing ride.
Also, this coaster is the longest ride at the park. A staggering 4,400 feet in length. Take the Cheetah Hunt today and ride the twists and turns through the rocky gorges below.
