The choices all look and taste exactly how they should as the head chef sources the fresh ingredients from Tuscany; meals are cooked full of flavour and aroma. The starters offer seven delicious choices including: Calamari flash fried, Zucchini chips and Meatballs Forte. Try the Prosciutto Rolatini, which comprises of succulent ham with fresh mozzarella cheese and ripe cherry tomatoes, topped with truffle oil and residing atop an arugula salad. Also, there are five house pastas on offer and eight choices of main meals, including, Salmon, Scampi, Mushrooms, Chicken and various meats. Light snacks and deliciously rolled sushi are available as appetisers, as well as pre meal cocktails from the bar. Located within the Jack Nicklaus Clubhouse, Traditions Restaurant opens at 07:00 am each morning. Closing time is 20:00 pm, with the exception of Friday and Saturday evenings where it stays open until 21:00 pm. With separate services for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Traditions Restaurant is a popular hub for dining with family and friends. Themed as a sports bar and serving traditional American cuisine to the tables, the seasonally run menu sees delicious cuts of meats and fresh ingredients served with a ‘farm to the table’ feel, as well as, buzzing atmosphere. With an inviting aura, the staff are very friendly and have a great knowledge of the food and menu too. Weekend entertainment is held at Traditions Restaurant and live music is to be expected as you dine. Panoramic, as well as, scenic views can be seen from the whole restaurant. This being due to the location of Traditions, which is actually overlooking the green of the eighteenth hole. Also, during the Summer the restaurant gets busy, opening all doors to amplify the breathtaking views. Hence the reason why, the restaurant is popular on the warm Summer evenings.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 am until 11:00 am and the menu has some traditional choices of combination dishes. Thirteen choices from the breakfast on the tee range, include: full cooked and plated options, hot wraps and sandwiches, as well as, breakfasts on skillets too. The Smoked brisket and eggs, comprising of hand-grilled beef brisket, two eggs cooked to preference and breakfast potatoes, finished off with a choice of toasts is both simple and delicious. Dining at the Cove at Seven Eagles starts daily at 11:00 am and finishes at 16:00 pm on Sunday through to Thursday and 17:00 pm on a Friday and Saturday. Ideally situated at the Seven Eagles Pool Pavilion, The Cove is overlooking both the Palmer Golf Course and the Seven Eagles Pool. Food here is light and refreshing, as well as, tasty and filling too. Also, the unique and diverse menu offers an interesting range of signature cocktails and frozen alcoholic beverages. Perfectly located at the Waterpark, The Grill is open daily from 11:00 am until 16:00 pm serving tasty American snacks and light meals for the whole family to enjoy. The food is simple, yet tasty and consists of flavours and ingredients that are fresh and flavoursome. For starters, there are: loaded chips with various fillings, nachos, salads and quesadilla. Hot and cold sandwiches are available with delicious fillings, as well as, hotdogs too. Pizza is another choice, serving by slice or full 16″ pizza to share.
