Eleven restaurant is a fabulous dining experience at Reunion Resort Florida, taking it’s name from it’s supreme location on the eleventh floor of the Reunion Grande Hotel. Also, dining beneath the sunshine or stars makes for both an extraordinary and exclusive mealtime. Opening for dining at 17:30 pm until 22:00 pm every day, the restaurant is always busy. Therefore, booking a table is advisable. The bar opens at the same time as the dining, but stays open later for those wanting to relax with a drink after a hearty meal. Sunday through to Thursday the bar closes at 12:00 am and 01:00 am on a Friday and Saturday. Eleven Restaurant is an exclusive steakhouse and the menu looks divine; featuring many tempting choices and diverse variety. Options on the menu are: ‘for the table’, ‘soups and greens’,’ house creations’, ‘accompaniments’ and of course their speciality ‘steaks and chops’.

For the table sees an interesting range of dipping and sharing options, including: Jumbo lump crab cake, maple sliced thick sliced bacon, sizzling roasted garlic, filet mignon egg roll and slider trio, as well as a house favourite – cornmeal dusted calamari. The calamari is cooked to perfection with chorizo, pickled red chilli, broiled lime, topped with delicious Aioli and Parmesan cheese. Soups and Greens consist of lighter options such as salads and delicious homemade soups. For example, the Lobster Bisque is tender butter poached lobster fillets in a green onion creme fraiche. House creations adds an exciting variety of meats and fish: pan seared salmon, crab crusted Florida grouper, jumbo scallops and steak and frites.
Also, the Joyce Farms roasted chicken looks amazing. Served with Boursin Mash Potatoes and roasted Malibu Carrots and set in a white wine sauce. Exciting accompaniments comprise of speciality cooked vegetables and sides. A house favourite is the Baked Potato with Sour Cream. Steaks and Chops boasts a very exciting range of succulent meats, all of which are prime cuts and fillets. Buckhead Certified Angus Prime Beef options are: Prime fillet Mignon, New York tender strips, Bone-in Cowboy Ribeye and Baseball Sirloin. A steak lover would find this to be a difficult choice, but most have several weight options. Except the ribeye, which is a 16 ounce steak and the sirloin, which is 8 ounce. Chops are all Eleven Signature Cuts, which means the best! Grass fed Rack of Lamb, Berkshire Pork T.Bone, Grilled Veal Chop and Eleven’s Daily Surf and Turf. A diverse range of sauces and dips are available too should you fancy even more flavour.
